Our Commitment
Mobile Psych, PLLC is committed to ensuring that mobilepsych.health is accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities. We strive to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures We Take
- Designing the site with semantic HTML, sufficient color contrast, and keyboard-navigable interactions
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images
- Structuring content with clear headings and consistent navigation
- Ensuring forms include accessible labels and error messages
- Testing on common assistive technologies during major redesigns
Areas Where We Are Still Improving
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some content — such as embedded third-party tools (including our online booking provider) — may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA. We continue to work with our vendors and to update content where we identify gaps.
Reporting Accessibility Issues
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our Website, please let us know so we can address it. When contacting us, please include:
