Mobile Psych PLLC ("Mobile Psych," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information, including protected health information ("PHI"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information obtained through our Services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so without verifiable parental consent, we will delete such information.
Mobile Psych is based in the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

For uses not listed above (e.g., marketing, sale of PHI) we will obtain your written authorization, which you may revoke at any time.

Submit a written request to the Privacy Office at the contact details above. We will respond within 30 days (60 days for off‑site records), or as state law requires.
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with our Privacy Office or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. We will not retaliate for filing a complaint.
We may change this Notice at any time. When we do, the new Notice will apply to all PHI we maintain and will be posted on our website.
